Hayes Common, a relaxed neighbourhood eatery in Hamilton East is fast becoming a local institution. The vintage building has been transformed into a welcoming space and a hub to for the community to meet, mingle, eat and drink. Brent and Lisa (both chefs by trade) keep the food approachable yet adventurous. They have created a seamless transition from day to night with brunch, sharing platters, and cosy corners for drinking coffee or the local beers on tap.
