Shipping
– Orders are shipped using NZ Post overnight courier. If you order before 12pm, your order will be dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery is 2 to 3 days. Please allow for extra time and potential delays in December.
– If your order is over $50 it will be sent out with a signature required unless advised otherwise in the order notes.
Returns & Refunds
If your Atomic order wasn’t what you expected, or didn’t arrive in a satisfactory fashion let us know and we will sort it out. Give us a call on (09) 846 5883 or email csr@atomiccoffee.co.nz, tell us what has happened and we will sort it out and make it right. If it is an issue with merchandise, accessories, or coffee equipment return it to us within 14 days of the shipment date to the address: Atomic Coffee Roasters, Attention: Customer Services, 420C New North Rd, Kingsland, Auckland 1021.
The Fine Print
- Cups, Coffee accessories, Aprons, Clothing and Equipment must be returned in their original condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition.
- Whilst we will refund any shipping charges incurred with returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
