Returns & RefundsIf your Atomic order wasn’t what you expected, or didn’t arrive in a satisfactory fashion let us know and we will sort it out. There is nothing worse than being disappointed!
Give us a call on (09) 846 5883 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us what has happened and we will sort it out and make it right. If it is an issue with merchandise, accessories, or coffee equipment return it to us within 14 days of the shipment date to the address below:

Cups, Coffee accessories, Aprons, Clothing and Equipment must be returned in their original condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition.
Whilst we will refund any shipping charges incurred with returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
