"When I was travelling through France I was so envious of the amount of cafes dotted around theses little villages. I wondered to myself why New Zealand wasn’t like this… Now times have changed and i think the coffee industry has had a great influence on the social culture in New Zealand. Now the pub isn’t the only place you can catch up with friends. That's what I like most about cafes and something that will always be important to me - there is a place for everyone and anyone.
