Baking goods have never looked so good – we paid a visit to Dan Cruden's Helensville kitchen, The Real Bread Project, where he churns out breads and pastries from dusk til dawn.
His focus lies in utilising locally sourced ingredients with an emphasis on quality and health – even milling his own flour.
