Each account will be appointed an Account Manager who acts as a primary point of contact and will manage any and all enquires from training and servicing to light bulb moments. Your account manager will liaise regularly with you solving any issues or needs that arise.
All training is complimentary to a supply agreement with Atomic. As is the case with all of our cafes, extensive training is provided to your staff to ensure they are familiar with the coffee beans and machinery so they can learn how to create the best Atomic espresso. Additional training is also offered on an ongoing basis with our head trainer and New Zealand Barista champion & Judge, Masako Yamamoto.
Our in-house service technicians have an extensive knowledge of espresso machinery. Any problems that may occur, will be addressed promptly by Atomic staff, versus 3rd party technicians. We offer a 24-7 technician service for all technical issues as well as 4 annual services free of charge (not including parts replacement).
We are the authorized NZ distributor and licensed service centre of Nuova Simonelli espresso machines. In production since 1936, these legendary Italian machines are great looking, hard wearing and make excellent, consistent coffee. They are also the official choice of the World Barista Championship.
Accounts are supported through our social media channels and in our monthly emails, as well as through our established partnership with food & lifestyle print media. Additional marketing support is available if required.
