Atomic Coffee Roasters Online Giveaway: Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter The promoter is Atomic Coffee Roasters (9429039803603), 420c New North Road, Kingsland, Auckland, 1021. 

2. How to enter Any order placed online through atomiccoffee.co.nz between 12:00am on 1 October 2026 and 11:59pm on 31 October 2026 (NZDT) is automatically entered into the draw. Each order is one entry. Placing multiple orders gives multiple entries. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or fraudulent are not valid entries.  Orders placed in person, by phone, or through third-party platforms are not eligible 

3. Eligibility The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Atomic Coffee Roasters and their immediate family members are not eligible. Entrants must provide accurate contact details. Atomic may disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information. 

Prize There is one prize, valued at NZ$4,693 in total, made up of: 

• 1 x Rocket Appartamento TCA espresso machine 
• 2 x 1kg bags of Atomic Coffee (blend and grind of the winner's choice) 
• 1 x NZ$350 Canopy Campaign Escapes voucher 

The prize value is based on recommended retail prices at the time of the promotion. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except at Atomic's discretion if an item becomes unavailable, in which case it will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value. The Canopy Camping Escapes voucher is subject to the voucher issuer's own terms and conditions, including expiry date and booking restrictions. Atomic is not responsible for these. 

5. Winner selection and notification One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 2 November 2026. The winner will be notified by email, using the email address provided with their order. The winner has 5 days from the date the notification email is sent to reply and accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, cannot be contacted, or is ineligible, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be drawn on 9 November 2026 under the same process. The new winner will have 5 days to accept. Atomic's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

6. Prize delivery Atomic will arrange delivery of the prize to a valid New Zealand address provided by the winner, at no cost to the winner. Atomic is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside its control. 

7. Publicity The winner agrees that their first name and general location (e.g. town or city) may be published on Atomic's website and social media channels. Atomic may also request a photo or testimonial. 

8. Privacy Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used only to administer the draw, contact the winner, and deliver the prize, and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Atomic's Privacy Policy. Entrants are not added to any marketing list unless they have opted in. 

9. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atomic accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. Nothing in these terms limits any rights the entrant has under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Atomic is not responsible for entries or notifications that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to technical issues, incorrect contact details, or spam filters. 

10. General Atomic may cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway or these terms if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be published on atomiccoffee.co.nz. Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
