The Rocket Evoluzione R now further develops espresso machine design with the addition of a rotary pump. Combined with a 2.9 litre water reservoir system or the ability to connect this machine directly to a main water supply, it delivers a premium domestic espresso machine that is the equal to most single group commercial espresso machines.
If you wish to plumb the Evoluzione into mains, additional purchase of plumbing kit is required.
