Colombia La Cabana

La Cabana Farm cultivates a range of Caturra and Colombia varietal coffees in the Garzón municipality of the Huila region, Colombia. Garzón is world-renowned for its exceptional coffee, a standard which the La Cabana farm upholds with every crop.

This natural-process coffee is brimming with bright pineapple and pink grapefruit acidity, balanced by a creamy, tea-like body with notes of cocoa. A complex cup that is simply satisfying.

Recommended brewing method: 60g of coffee ground on 5.9 (EK grinder); start half open, after 20 seconds stir 5-6 times and fully open at 40 seconds.
