Using NZ mineral water sourced from a natural aquifer, we brew our Sidama single origin under immersion for 16 hours, triple filter and then deliver to your door. Our recipe adds a subtle fruity bite to the soft cocoa flavours extracted with this method. 

Best served chilled, over ice or with soda.
