A bright, full bodied coffee with prominent fruit notes, maple sweetness and dry, raisin-like finish. This coffee lends itself to filter and soft brew methods.
Ruthaka Farmers Cooperative Society is made up of over 3500 farmers based around the lush and hilly region of Nyeri County in Kenya. Their farms range from 1650 – 1700 meters above sea level, sloping upwards towards the Mount Kenya National Park.
